How we pour
a floor that holds.

Diamond Grind
Open the pores. Remove the damage.
We run 80-grit diamond tooling across the entire slab — not a light sand, an actual grind down to clean, porous concrete. Cracks get routed and filled. Oil stains get mechanically removed. By the time we pack up day one, the floor is ready to bond.

Moisture-Block Prime
Lock out vapor. Lock in adhesion.
A 100% solids epoxy primer goes down at 8–10 mils. It penetrates the freshly opened concrete, displaces any residual moisture, and creates a chemical bond that no peel-and-stick product can replicate. This is the layer most DIY kits skip. It's the reason ours don't fail.

Pour & Broadcast
The finish that looks wet when it's bone dry.
The topcoat goes down at 100% solids — no solvents, no shrinkage. Your choice of solid color, metallic pearl, or full-flake broadcast. A UV-stable polyurethane sealer locks the surface to a 90-gloss rating. You're back in the garage in 24 hours. The floor lasts 15 years.

"I stared at that cracked slab every morning for six years. Now I walk in and the floor looks like it belongs in a showroom. They were done before noon on day two."
"We manage 14 units. Coat turned a vacant basement into a genuine selling point. The new tenant specifically mentioned the floor in the lease inquiry."
"Dropped a 40-lb compressor on it last week. Not a scratch. The old floor would've chipped. These guys know what they're doing."
"Sent a photo on Tuesday, got a quote same day, they were here Friday. The whole bay was done by Saturday afternoon. Zero downtime for the shop."
"The 15-year warranty is real. They handed me a physical document, not a URL. That alone told me everything about how they stand behind the work."
"I was skeptical about the 24-hour turnaround. Parked my car on it the next morning like they said. Three months later, still looks poured yesterday."
